GTI confers status on three subjects — employers, tools and practitioners — all assessed against the same published benchmark, all listed on the public Register.
Benchmarked Employer
Certifies that an employer's talent decisions meet the GTI Standard for fairness, validity and defensibility.
Accredited Tool
Certifies that an assessment instrument's validity, reliability and fairness evidence has been independently verified.
Certified Practitioner
Certifies that an individual can select, run and interpret talent assessments to a professional standard.
Status you earn, then display
Bronze through Platinum are earned on assessed evidence and re-benchmarked each year. Distinguished sits above them — conferred by invitation, never for sale.
